A dental nurse is an essential part of the dental team to help ensure the patient is well looked after. Being polite, calm and productive as a dental nurse, and having the encouraging and welcoming manner is critical. A dental nurse works closely with the dentist to provide support during the entire visit of the patient. Assisting the dentist includes a wide range of procedures from the preparation of the various required materials and ensuring the appropriate instruments and equipment available to clean and sterilize the instruments used.
