The nursing profession is witnessing a notable increase in male-identifying nurses. As both healthcare providers and patients recognize the unique benefits that male nurses bring, there is a growing demand for more males in the field. For instance, having more male nurses can enhance the representation and understanding of male patients’ needs. Although male nurses have faced significant challenges in terms of professional practice and growth, their contributions to healthcare delivery have gained greater recognition in recent years.
